Overview

Nicholas Palumbo is a partner in the New York office and leads the Firm's Americas Private Credit & Direct Lending practice. Nick has over 15 years of experience advising direct lenders, banks, corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, mezzanine lending institutions and other debt investors on a variety of financing transactions across all industries.

Nick is a major player in the private credit and direct lending sector, well-versed in the prevailing terms, nuances and challenges that clients encounter. With a strong track record in the middle market space, clients rely on Nick for his commercial approach and market knowledge.
