Nick is an associate in the Global Antitrust/Competition Practice at White & Case representing Key Clients of the firm. He has experience in complex commercial and antitrust litigation. He is also involved in a wide variety of pro bono matters, such as drafting cert petitions to the United States Supreme Court, advising Oxfam International on a variety of immigration rights issues, and conducting international surveys detailing prison-related statutory provisions.
During law school, Nick was the Managing Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy, an editor on the Duke Law & Technology Review, and a national moot court competitor. Prior to rejoining White & Case, Nick served as a clerk for Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the D.C. Court of Appeals.
