Biography
Nicole Johnson is an associate the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, based in the New York office. Nicole represents corporate clients, private equity funds and other financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and equity investments across a range of industries. Nicole also counsels public and private companies on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Nicole was an associate at a large international law firm where she advised clients in merger and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Nicole earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
