• Acting for an energy company in New South Wales Supreme Court proceedings regarding time and cost claims associated with the design and construction of a power generation facility in Western Australia.
• Seconded to a major global insurer within its internal Disputes Team, managing various disputes, including professional indemnity, property damage, and financial and consumer lines, as well as liaising with financial regulators. *
• Acted for several owners’ corporations and entities in building disputes, specifically dealing with claims regarding property damage, water ingress and defects. *
