Biography
Noah Andre Beatty is an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and is based in the New York office. Noah advises public companies, strategics, financial institutions and private equity sponsors on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquistions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions across a range of industries. Noah also has experience advising on corporate governance matters, capital markets transactions and corporate restructurings.
