Overview

Olga is an associate in our energy practice. She specializes in Russian and international transactions in the energy and natural resources sector, advising on supply and service agreements, M&A arrangements, environmental and industrial safety matters in the mining and energy sectors, as well as providing services to multinational companies on general corporate and commercial issues with respect to their operations in Russia.

Experience

Representation of Management Company Wind Generation (owned jointly by Fortum and Rosnano) in connection with the sale of Russian wind farms with a total capacity of over 350 MW. The transaction marks an important investment in Russia’s renewable energy sector.

Advising TNK-BP on the establishment of a gas processing joint venture with SIBUR.

Advising EN+ on the sale of Afipsky Oil Refinery to NefteGazIndustria Group.

Advising Donbass Fuel-Energy Group (DTEK), a part of Ukraine's financial and industrial group System Capital Management, on the proposed acquisition of the Chikha coal mine in the Rostov region of Russia and related subsoil use issues.
