Overview

Olha Datsko is a Commercial Litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. She serves as a member of a team that advises multinational social media and telecommunications companies in international litigation and regulatory investigations concerning data protection, privacy laws, intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation and other commercial disputes.

Early in her career, Olha became exposed to international litigation through working with law firms in Los Angeles, Austria and Ukraine. Currently, Olha serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's International Law Section, which provides support and opportunities for members to develop and expand relationships with practitioners and the international business community, as well as foreign governments and bar associations.

Olha earned her LLM, with a focus on Dispute Resolution, from UCLA School of Law.
