Olivia is an associate in the Global White Collar Practice Group and is based in the New York office. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and complex civil litigation. Olivia represents individuals and global corporations through investigations and prosecutions before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and other government agencies.

Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on issues of civil rights and criminal justice.

Olivia received her JD from Harvard Law School, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender. During law school, Olivia was a judicial intern to Chief Judge Jon D. Levy on the US District Court for the District of Maine. Prior to law school, Olivia was a congressional policy aide.
