Ondřej Bartoň is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice group of the Firm's Prague office.
Ondřej's practice comprises the provision of complex advisory services to major financial institutions and companies in connection with international and domestic financial transactions (including high-yield bond projects and major insolvency cases).
Ondřej has also provided advisory services to several financial institutions based in the Czech Republic in connection with the overhaul of a wide range of standard documentation (especially loan agreements, security documents and general terms and conditions) in connection with the new Czech civil code.
The provision of legal services to German-speaking clients is another core component of Ondřej's practice.
Ondřej also gained wide-ranging experience with the consumer banking sector during his several-month secondment to the Czech branch of a global bank.
