Biography

Overview

Pablo is a litigator in the New York office. He works across the firm's Global Commercial Litigation and White Collar practice groups. He advises clients in domestic and foreign disputes, as well as in investigations by federal enforcement agencies.

He has experience in both U.S. federal and state courts, as well as in arbitral tribunals including the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He has also represented clients in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and FINRA.

Pablo maintains a robust pro bono practice with a focus on Section 1983 claims, criminal appeals, and voting rights issues.

In law school, he served as the Executive Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. He has also published academic articles in the New York Times, the Virginia Law Review, and the Southern California Law Review on a range of topics including the Supreme Court and voting rights.
