Payton Fong is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Silicon Valley Office. At White & Case, Payton has worked on cases involving Section 337 Investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC), AI patent and trade secret disputes, and district court patent litigation.

Before joining White & Case, Payton gained experience as a law clerk for the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. At Berkeley Law, Payton gained experience as an asylum caseworker with the Afghan Scholars Project and as a research assistant with the Asian Law Caucus.

Payton actively works on pro bono matters and has hearing and trial experience representing a client in an employment discrimination dispute.
