Pierre Boussard is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice of White & Case in Paris.
Pierre focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies operating in a wide variety of sectors such as private equity funds, financial institutions, industrial firms and technology companies. Notably, Pierre has expertise in assisting listed and non-listed companies and their management on their corporate crisis, especially conflicts related to shareholder’s disputes, post-acquisition litigation as well as liability and regulatory proceedings before the French courts (civil, commercial and criminal) and regulators (such as the AMF).
Before joining White & Case in 2020, Pierre worked in the commercial litigation department of a UK law firm in Paris and for a firm specialized in French Supreme Court Litigation.
