  • Mobile Mini, Inc. (NASDAQ: MINI), the largest US provider of portable storage solutions, on its announced merger of equals with WillScot Corp. (NASDAQ: WSC), the largest US supplier of mobile office trailers. The combination will result in a combined enterprise value of US$6.6 billion.
  • Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc., a leading global infrastructure investment platform, in its acquisition of Seven Seas Water Corp., AquaVenture Holdings Inc. and AquaVenture Holdings Curacao N.V., a multinational developer, owner and operator of water production and wastewater treatment plants and businesses, from AI Aqua (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l, a company owned by Advent International Corporation.
  • Brookfield Infrastructure, which partnered with GIC Special Investments, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, and institutional partners of Brookfield Asset Management in the US$8.4 billion acquisition of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., a freight railroad owner and operator based in the United States.
  • SodaStream International Ltd., a leading manufacturer and distributor of sparkling water makers, in its US$3.2 billion sale to PepsiCo, Inc., a global food and beverage company.
  • Hughes Network Systems, LLC , a subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS) in the purchase of a minority interest in a joint venture with Yahsat, a leading global satellite operator based in the United Arab Emirates and wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company. 
  • Dominus Capital L.P. in its acquisition of BluSky Restoration Holdings LLC, a provider of commercial, industrial, governmental, residential and multifamily restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing services in the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC, a portfolio company of Dominus Capital and a leading provider of restoration services across the US and Puerto Rico, on its acquisition of Har-Bro, LLC, a California-based mitigation, restoration and reconstruction provider for commercial properties damaged by water, fire, flood and other disasters.
  • Dominus Capital, L.P. in its acquisition of EMPG Holding Company, a procurement and marketing services group for dealers of foodservice equipment and supplies.
