Roman Hofmann is a real estate associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Industry Group and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, based in the Firm’s New York office.

Roman represents a broad spectrum of clients—including private equity firms, real estate investment trusts (REITs), investment companies, developers, and institutional investors—in complex real estate transactions. He has significant experience advising on financing matters, such as restructuring transactions, balance sheet loans, CMBS loans, mezzanine loans, and acquisition financing facilities. Roman also advises clients on the acquisition, development, and operation of commercial properties.

His transactional experience spans a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, hospitality, data centers, office, life sciences, and multi-family properties.

Prior to joining White & Case, Roman was an associate in the real estate practice group of a leading global law firm.
