Biography
Ruby is an associate in the investment funds group in London.
With broad expertise across fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands, Ruby advises both sponsors and major institutional investors on a wide range of matters in the investment funds sphere including fund formations, fund investments and co-investments. Ruby regularly represents major institutional investors in relation to complex fund investments including continuation funds, co-investments and portfolio sales across a broad range of asset classes.
Ruby joined White & Case in 2024. Prior to joining White & Case, Ruby trained in the London office of another U.S. law firm.

A UK-based pension fund on its investments including primaries, co-investments and secondaries.
A large Asian sovereign wealth fund on its global programme of investments including primaries, co-investments and secondaries.
A French headquartered private equity investment manager in purchases of fund interests.
