Biography

Ruilin (Raylene) is an associate in the International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering Groups in the London office. She has advised on a range of complex international construction and commercial disputes across a range of industries, including oil & gas, shipping, consumer & retail and primary infrastructure.

Ruilin joined White & Case in 2023 as a trainee and she has obtained experience in the Firm's Construction & Engineering, International Arbitration and Financial Services Regulatory Groups in London. Ruilin also completed a six-month secondment with the International Arbitration Group in the Firm's Singapore office.

Representing a Middle Eastern employer in a multi-billion AED ADCCAC arbitration relating to the construction of a major international airport.

Representing a Middle Eastern subcontractor in an ICC arbitration relating to the construction of a major healthcare project in the region.

Representing a Middle Eastern employer in an LCIA Arbitration regarding the construction of a major shopping mall.

Representing an African State in a multi-billion-dollar ICC arbitration relating to a contract to build a hydropower plant.

Advising a multinational FMGG company in court proceedings before the Singapore court relating to enforcement of an ICC arbitration award regarding a joint venture dispute.
