Russell Hoffman
Biography
Russell Hoffman is an Associate in White & Case's Project Development and Finance practice. He advises private credit funds, banks, institutional investors and energy companies on the financing, acquisition and development of energy and infrastructure assets.
Russell represents clients in a wide range of financing transactions, including project financings, acquisition financings, portfolio financings, holdco financings, refinancings and restructurings. Russell also advises on tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers and other tax credit monetization transactions. Russell has experience with solar projects, wind projects, battery energy storage systems and conventional power assets. He advises clients throughout the project lifecycle, from development and construction through acquisition, operation and recapitalization.
