Biography
Sahal is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in Dubai. Sahal is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Sahal works from the Dubai office and advises clients including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, other financial sponsors and alternative capital providers on a range of transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and co-investments, disposals and other corporate matters.
Sahal undertook a short secondment to Blackstone Credit in 2022 and a further secondment to AP Moller Capital from September 2023 to June 2024.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sahal spent time in the legal department at Goldman Sachs in London.

Dream Games, the developer and publisher of globally renowned mobile games Royal Match and Royal Kingdom, on a strategic investment from CVC.
Blue Water Energy on the sale of its engineering company Kent to Nesma & Partners.
Yellow Door Energy on its US$400 million on the sale of a majority stake to private equity firm Actis.
Avia Solutions Group (ASG) on its strategic partnership with Certares Management (Certares), pursuant to which Certares made a EUR300 million structured equity investment in ASG
