Biography
Salomé Gueroult is an Associate in White & Case's Global Corporate and Private Equity practice in Luxembourg.
She advises on general corporate law, domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and management incentive programs.
Prior to joining White & Case, Salomé practiced in the corporate M&A department of a leading law firm in Paris and subsequently at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
