Sam Naderi is an associate within the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice, based in Stockholm. He has experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, carve-outs and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Sam worked with private M&A at another Swedish law firm since 2022, where he also completed a ten-month secondment at a leading Swedish publicly listed investment company.

Sam joined White & Case in 2025.
