Samanta Fernández Micone is a member of the International Arbitration Practice of White & Case LLP, based in Washington, DC. She specializes in investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration and public international law.
Samanta has experience representing clients in disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") and the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC"). Her experience includes disputes relating to Eastern Europe and Latin America. She has been involved in matters relating to a range of industries, including mining, electricity distribution, oil & gas, and waste management.
Prior to joining White & Case, Samanta worked as an associate in a leading Argentine law firm where she specialized in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Regulatory Law, and as counsel in a multinational financial services company.
