Biography

Samiya Malik is an Associate in White & Case's pre-eminent International Arbitration group in London. Samiya's experience includes representing state entities, governments, corporates and sovereign clients in major international arbitration proceedings covering commercial, infrastructure, and construction and engineering disputes, conducted under leading institutional rules such as the ICC, LCIA, and ICSID.

Samiya joined White & Case as a trainee solicitor, gaining experience in the Firm's Construction & Engineering International Arbitration Groups, Infrastructure Debt Finance, and Project Finance and Project Development Groups in London. Samiya's experience also includes working in the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Development Group in Riyadh.

Samiya is also an active contributor to the Firm's pro-bono activities including advising civil society organizations on international justice issues.
