Sara Green is a senior associate in the Firm's Corporate team and the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance group, and is based in the Johannesburg office.
Sara has experience drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of transactional documents and specialises in cross border, pan-African transactions.
Sara acts for both local and international banks, financial institutions and other investors on a variety of transactional matters, in particular project finance and acquisition finance.
Clients have described her as the 'most valuable player', 'exceptional' and praised her for her 'brilliant local support'. In addition, Sara is committed to corporate social responsibility and was the recipient of an internal pro bono award in 2014 for her work for the Child Rights International Network.
Prior to joining White & Case Sara was an associate at a leading South African firm.
