Scott Maesch's practice focuses on insolvency administration and providing expert advice on insolvency-related issues.

In respect of corporate insolvency proceedings, Scott Maesch assists his White & Case colleagues, acting in their capacity as insolvency administrator, in their efforts to restructure or liquidate the debtor to the benefit of its creditors.

In addition, Scott Maesch advises clients on insolvency-related issues such as creditors’ rights, claim filings, and the acquisition of companies in the context of insolvency proceedings.
