Shriram Jayakumar

Shriram is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group, whose practice covers shareholder and corporate governance disputes, bankruptcy litigations, securities class actions, and commercial arbitrations. He has recurring industry experience across banking, energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, and financial technology sectors.

Shriram received his LL.M., with Honors, from Columbia Law School and his LL.B., cum laude, from Singapore Management University.  He won several mooting accolades in law school, including the National Round Championship and Best Oralist prizes at the Philip C. Jessup Moot.
