Simon Volkov is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and is resident in the New York office. Simon has international transactional experience across a breadth of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, and project finance. He has advised on matters in a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, renewables, energy, and tech. Simon also has experience advising private and public clients in corporate governance and general corporate advisory.

Simon is trained in both common and civil law. Prior to joining White & Case, he worked as an associate in the Moscow office of an international law firm.
