Simona Rapavá joined White & Case in December 2008. Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Rapavá worked as an in-house counsel for ČSOB where she deepened her knowledge of banking and securities law and has also prior experience working for another international firm in the area of commercial and corporate law. She was primarily involved in various local and international projects involving banking and finance, corporate and commercial law issues, mergers and acquisitions and real estate/infrastructure law.
Her experience, includes among others, financing advice in representation of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic in connection with the procurement and contracting of the PPP project for of the sections of the D4 highway and R7 expressway in the Slovak Republic or representing Tatra banka, a.s. and Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s., in connection with the project and working capital financing of a major Slovak construction company and a longstanding key player in the construction of three sections of the Slovak highway network.
