Sophie Nguyen is Counsel in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department of White & Case in Paris.
She is involved in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other general corporate law matters. She advises French and foreign listed or non-listed companies and investment funds.
Prior to joining White & Case, Sophie worked at other French and international high profile law firms in Paris. She also worked in the legal department of a French listed company (mergers & acquisitions) and of a leading French corporate and investment bank (debt capital market).
