Soraya is an associate in the Global Antitrust/Competition Group at White & Case. Soraya has experience representing and advising both foreign sovereigns and private multinational corporations in complex litigation in the United States. Her practice focuses on disputes arising under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and the Anti-Terrorism Act. Soraya also maintains an active pro bono practice, concentrating on criminal defense and prisoner rights litigation. During law school, Soraya served as an Executive Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, a Law Fellow for the first-year legal writing course, and a legal intern for the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Eastern District of Virginia.
