Biography
Stanislas Marmion is a senior associate in the EMEA Private Equity team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Fluent in French, English, and German, Stanislas works on French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions for international clients, including funds, entrepreneurs, and industrial companies.
Stanislas joined White & Case in 2025 after serving as General Counsel for a well-known French group in the restaurant, hotel, and retail sectors. He has also worked at several leading international law firms in France.

- Representation of investment company CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. on an exclusivity agreement in view of the sale to ATLAND of the entire share capital of STAM Europe, a real estate investment and asset management firm.
