Biography
Stephen Bhasera is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Stephen has experience advising investment banks, private credit funds, corporates and private equity investors on a wide range of cross border finance transactions including leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, general bank lending and restructuring.

Representation of AMC Entertainment in respect of the refinancing of the AMC and Odeon Cinema group's existing debt.*
Representation of The European Investment Bank and a club of other lenders in connection with a EUR 500 million finance facility for the Dutch ViA15 motorway project. *
Representation of Biofarma Group, a portfolio company of Ardian, in connection with the EUR 935 million refinancing of their existing revolving credit facility and senior secured notes. *
Representation of the ad-hoc group of bondholders in connection with the restructuring of Petrofac's debt obligations. *
Representation of Ares Management Limited in connection with the refinancing of the existing term and PIK debt of the TalkTalk Group. *
