Overview

Sunaina Deol is an associate in the Firm's London Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group.

Sunaina has experience in relation to cross-border insolvency issues, restructurings, administrations and schemes of arrangement. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including creditor committees, banks, investment funds, noteholders and corporates.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019 as an associate, Sunaina completed her training contract at a full-service international law firm. She spent 6 months in the Hong Kong office where she worked in the litigation team, and 6 months in the Singapore office in the corporate finance team.

Representation of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and certain affiliates in their chapter 11 cases and restructuring negotiations in Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific.
