Overview

Suzanne is a Counsel in the Firm's Restructuring and Insolvency team based in London.

Her experience includes advising a wide range of stakeholders including, investment funds, financial institutions, debtors, directors and insolvency practitioners in the context of distressed situations, cross border restructurings and formal insolvency processes. Her experience also includes general bank finance work and capital markets transactions.

Suzanne spent nine months from 2016 to 2017 on secondment to Oak Hill Advisors, a leading alternative investment firm, advising on private credit, private equity and restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Suzanne was an associate in the Restructuring team of a silver circle international law firm where she also spent six months seconded to the Treasury and M&A team of a large international corporate.

Hertz
Representation of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and certain affiliates in their chapter 11 cases and restructuring negotiations in Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific. Hertz completed its successful chapter 11 restructuring and its plan of reorganisation became effective on June 30, 2021.This representation is one of the highest profile restructurings arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and one of the most successful chapter 11 and international reorganisations in recent history.
