He has wide-ranging experience in the continuation of insolvent businesses from a variety of sectors and has assisted in numerous cases of restructuring by transfer. Furthermore, he advises creditors, companies and their directors on insolvency law in the preliminary stages of insolvency. Before becoming a practicing lawyer, Sven Hentschel spent ten years as a legal assistant and an insolvency administrator in Hamburg, focusing on insolvency law and restructuring.
