Szymon Łuczak focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law. He regularly assists clients with complex M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents and advising on day-to-day corporate matters.
Szymon also has experience advising on a broad range of commercial law matters.
Before joining White & Case, Szymon developed his professional expertise at leading law firms in Warsaw.

Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o. (PŚO): representation of Polish wholesale fiber optic network operator PŚO on the acquisition of Elsat sp. z o.o. from Vectra S.A., a major Polish provider of fixed-line internet and television services.
Polish Aviation Group: representation of Polish Aviation Group (PGL) on the contemplated acquisition of Czech airline, which ultimately did not proceed.
