Tali Cohen-Levy is an associate in the EMEA Mergers & Acquisition / Private Equity practice at White & Case.

She assists French and international clients, in both French and English, with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. Tali also advises on securities law issues in connection with takeover bids and corporate governance.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tali was an intern at White & Case.
