Overview

Tania Singla is an Associate in the International Arbitration Group in Paris. Her practice covers investment treaty, international commercial and construction arbitration.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tania gained experience in international arbitration and international law at leading international law firms in Frankfurt, New Delhi, Geneva and Paris. She also holds several publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals on issues concerning international arbitration and investment law.

Tania has also been actively involved with the FDI Investment Arbitration Moot and the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration for a number of years as coach and arbitrator.

Represented a Baltic State in an ICSID investor-State arbitration concerning the performance of an airport construction contract against a Nordic company; and

Represented an Eastern European State in an ICSID investor-State arbitration concerning a mining and infrastructure project.
