Tom is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

Tom has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.

Tom joined White & Case in 2022 and has completed a six-month secondment to our Houston office with the Project Development and Finance team.
