Biography
Tom is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Tom has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.
Tom joined White & Case in 2022 and has completed a six-month secondment to our Houston office with the Project Development and Finance team.
Experience
Representation of Alcoa Corporation, a provider of bauxite, alumina, and aluminium products on the sale to Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) of Alcoa's entire 25.1% stake in a joint venture (a fully integrated mining complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in which Ma'aden owns the remaining 74.9%) for approximately US$1.1 billion.
