

Biography
Thomas has over 30 years of experience in complex, cross-border M&A transactions and has led significant buy and sell-side representations with a focus on the automotive, energy & infrastructure and industrial sectors. He has been recognized as a leading individual for M&A and Corporate Law by several high-profile legal directories (Chambers, JUVE, Legal 500).
Thomas has a significant track record in advising large international corporates and regularly advises Bosch, Knorr-Bremse, Siemens Energy, Benteler and SAP on their most significant M&A transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Thomas was Partner in the corporate practice of another leading international law firm. As of June 1, 2024 Thomas joined as Of Counsel at White & Case in our Frankfurt office.

Knorr-Bremse
Advising Knorr-Bremse AG, the global market leader for braking systems and other rail and commercial vehicle systems, on various transactions, including (i.) the cooperation agreement with Swiss TradeTech company Nexxiot and the acquisition of a strategic minority stake in Nexxiot, and (ii.) the sale of its Powertech division to Munich-based investment firm Radial Capital Partners.*
