Tiffany Arosemena is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property group.
Tiffany focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade dress, and related commercial claims in federal and state courts.
She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including fashion and apparel, consumer goods, food and beverage, technology, hospitality, and media and entertainment, working diligently to enforce their intellectual property rights both in the US and abroad. Tiffany draws on her prior experience as a legal intern for Rebecca Minkoff, a women's fashion brand, to provide valuable guidance to clients in the retail industry.
In addition to intellectual property litigation, Tiffany has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigations.
Tiffany also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has won both asylum and guardianship cases on behalf of her clients. Tiffany has prior experience as a legal intern for Immigration Equality.
