Biography

Overview

Since his admission to the bar in 2002 Tim Brune has been working in the field of bankruptcy law with a focus on insolvency administration. Additionally, he has been appointed as insolvency administrator and trustee by several bankruptcy courts in Lower Saxony and Saxony since 2010.

Tim Brune has extensive experience in the continuation and restructuring of failing companies in a very diverse range of industries.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tim Brune has worked in various law firms for different insolvency administrators, most recently in the Dresden and Hannover offices of a bankruptcy law firm active throughout Germany, and as in-house Counsel in the Luxembourgian branch of an international consulting firm.
