Biography

Overview

Timothy is an associate in the firm's International Arbitration practice in Madrid.

His practice is focused primarily on investment arbitration in the energy sector under ICSID rules applying the ECT and different BITs. His experience also includes commercial arbitration cases and internal investigations in relation to bribery, corruption and related matters. Before joining White & Case, Timothy gained experience in the White Collar Crime, Compliance and Internal Investigations department of a prominent Spanish law firm.
