Tiphanie Levassort is an associate in the EMEA private equity / M&A team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
Tiphanie's practice focuses on M&A and private equity. She is fluent in French and English.
Tiphanie advises investment funds, alternative investors, entrepreneurs, industrials, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions.
She has also worked on several M&A transactions. Tiphanie frequently handles securities law issues in connection with takeover bids, corporate governance, shareholder activism and related litigations.
Tiphanie joined the Firm in September 2019 from a French law firm in Paris.

Advising the bondholders of Solocal (including GoldenTree, Melqart, Amiral Gestion, DNCA Finance, Crédit Suisse, Robus, Boussard & Gavaudan, Whitebox and Sculptor) on the financial restructuring of the Solocal Group, the leading European provider of digital solutions for SME companies.

Representation of Goldman Sachs on its EUR 45M primary investment in Back Market, a French e-commerce plateform company launched in 2014 and specialized in the sale of refurbished electronic goods, along with Eurazeo and Aglae Ventures (EUR 35M and EUR 20M, respectively, both primary investment and secondary acquisitions) as part of a Series C round financing of an aggregate amount of EUR 110M.
