Overview

Tiphanie Levassort is an associate in the EMEA private equity / M&A team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.

Tiphanie is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including public and private M&A deals, private equity deals, sales and joint ventures primarily belonging to the jumbo-cap to mid-cap market segments with listed, non-listed companies, investment funds and distressed listed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions. Tiphanie also advises clients in connection with corporate governance, shareholder activism, market abuse and insider dealing issues.

Tiphanie has worked on several M&A transactions and IPOs, involving SPACs and has a strong expertise in venture capital related matters, advising large tech companies and start-ups.

Tiphanie joined the Firm in September 2019 from a French law firm in Paris

Macquarie (2022)
Representation of Macquarie Asset Management, in a consortium with British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) and MEAG Munich Ergo Assetmanagement GmbH (MEAG), on its €2.5 billion EV acquisition of Reden Solar, from InfraVia Capital Partners and Eurazeo.

Dee Tech (2021)
Representation of DEE Tech on its intended €500 million business combination with Colis Privé, the largest private provider of e-commerce home parcel delivery solutions on the French market, to create a leading European pure play e-commerce delivery platform.

Representation of KKR Credit Advisors (UK) LLP in connection with the sale of Hilding Anders Bretagne SAS, a subsidiary of the Hilding Anders group, their portfolio company specialized in mattresses and beds.
