Biography
Tjasa is an associate in the Global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practices.
Her practice mainly focuses on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.
She regularly advises international companies, international financial institutions, asset managers, corporates and supranationals on complex, cross-border financing and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Tjasa practiced six years in global financial markets practice of a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg.
