Tom Toriola is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London.
Tom advises on a broad range of corporate real estate transactions, with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and private equity investments; and regularly advises international and domestic clients on these matters.
Before joining White & Case, Tom was an associate in the Corporate Real Estate team of a leading international law firm.

Representation of a global developer and operator of critical digital infrastructure on the restructuring of their data center asset platform across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Abu Dhabi, Netherlands, Ireland and Spain.
Representation of certain investors on their investment into Goya 14, a high-end residential development project in Spain.
Representation of confidential mandates across EMEA, acting for sponsors with respect to the investment into and formation of hyperscale data center joint ventures.
Representation of Franklin Templeton on the acquisition of a 32- home care portfolio across the UK.*
Representation of Aermont Capital on the formation of a multi-site purpose-built student accommodation platform with Moda.*
Representation of Landsec on sale of Lakeside, a strategically located retail park in Essex to GTAM Apex Lakeside Bidco.*
