Ms. Grant is an associate in White & Case's Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on litigation and transactional matters involving antitrust litigation, intellectual property and environmental laws. She is also actively involved in pro bono matters at the Firm.
Ms. Grant's litigation work includes assisting in matters involving domestic patent disputes and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission. Her experience encompasses pharmaceutical antitrust litigation in the context of reverse payment settlements. Ms. Grant's transactional work includes assisting in a variety of capacities with loan agreements, licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and real estate purchase and sale agreements.
During law school, Ms. Grant interned at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and worked as a clerk at the Department of Justice, Earthjustice, and the Center for International Environmental Law. She was a Senior Editor for the Howard Law Journal. Ms. Grant also served as Dean's Fellow, assisting the Legal Writing Department's Interim Director with research tasks and providing legal writing support to 1L and 2L students.
