Overview

Tuvia Sandler is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Tuvia's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts, as well as chapter 15 and cross-border proceedings. Mr. Sandler also has extensive experience in municipal restructurings.
