Valerie is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group in London.
Valerie has experience in relation to debt refinancings and debt restructurings, cross-border restructuring issues and schemes of arrangement. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including private credit funds, distressed investors and companies.
Valerie trained at White & Case LLP, gaining experience in White & Case's Dispute Resolution (Litigation), Capital Markets (Structured Finance and Derivatives) and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency groups in London. She also spent six months at the firm's Geneva office in the arbitration team.
