- Celestica Inc., the NYSE and TSX-listed electronics design, manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider, in its US$306 million acquisition of PCI Private Limited, a Singapore-based Southeast Asian electronics manufacturing and service business, from Platinum Private Equity.
- DayOne Data Centers Limited, a Singapore-headquartered data center and digital infrastructure provider, on its:
- US$672 million Series A equity financing of the international business operated by GDS Holdings Limited. This deal was recognized as "Deal of the Year 2024 for Private Equity and Venture Capital" by the China Business Law Journal 2024.

- HongShan Capital Advisors Limited in its Series B minority investment in Midas Technology Corp., the leading online brokerage in Türkiye that enables retail investors to participate in Turkish and US capital markets as well as other asset classes.
- Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia on its US$140 million sale of 82.35 percent stake in Midas Health Company Limited, a medical devices company whose core segments include blood pressure monitors and digital thermometers.
- The sellers (including FEC Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Far East Consortium International Limited) in the sale of shares in BC Investment Group Holdings Limited, a company which is principally engaged in providing domestic mortgages to Australian resident borrowers for properties in Australia and non-resident mortgages for properties in Australia and the United Kingdom.
