Victoire Segard

Victoire Segard joined the Paris office of White & Case in June 2021 as an associate in the Commercial litigation department.

Her practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies, whether listed or not, in various industry sectors.

She notably assists clients before French commercial, civil and criminal courts on matters related to shareholders disputes, M&A litigations and civil or criminal liability of executives. She also developed significant expertise in corporate governance issues as well as in negotiating and implementing exit packages for executives.

Before joining White & Case, Victoire started her career in the corporate/litigation department of an American business law firm. She was also an associate in a French law firm specialized in high-end litigation.
